Handyman Maintenance & Repairs:

Green Hill Property Management provides reliable, long-term, and cost-effective solutions to your property's repair and deferred maintenance requirements. This includes project management, tenant coordination and direct oversight of trusted vendors who handle plumbing, electric, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, siding, doors and window, roofing, and other project-based services.

Common items include leaky pipes, door and window repair; drywall repair; electrical fixture repair and replacements; countertop and cabinet replacement; dishwasher and other appliance installations; flooring repair, replacement, or refinishing; door hardware and lock installations; toilet, shower, and sink repair and installations; porch and deck repair; siding repair, painting apartments and common areas; junk removal; furnace and boiler maintenance, dryer and bathroom fan vent cleaning, replacement and installation. In-short, there is no job too big or too small for Green Hill Property Management. We combine an understanding of landlord value requirements with pride in a job done right. 

 

Service Contracts Available:

Landscaping services include lawn mowing, string trimming, blowing, shrub trimming, trash clean-up, and edging.  Spring and fall clean-ups available with optional power washing, aeration and dethatching. Biweekly regular service of the property including all grounds and common areas. 


Snow removal services include regular shoveling, plowing, snow blowing and salting. Green Hill Property Management will follow Worcester ordinance which dictates property owners are responsible for keeping the sidewalk in front of and adjacent to their property clear of snow and ice. In addition, sidewalks must be cleared with a 4-foot wide path for safe pedestrian travel within 10 hours after snow ceases to fall. Lastly, clear ramps at corners that abut the property must be kept clear.


Cleaning services include biweekly sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window and door cleaning, and trash-removal of interior and exterior common areas. Options available for apartment, basement, and attic clean-outs. 

Pricing is regular and fixed with on monthly basis with per-project pricing as required.
