As a self-managing property owner with broad residential and commercial real estate experience, the founder Michael Hohrath has a passion for stable, well-kept, and profitable real estate investments with satisfied, responsible, and well-managed tenants. The business was formed to create an infrastructure and network to provide long-term active property investors with consistent, professional, and trustworthy property management services. The company prides itself on personalized customer service and efficient, streamlined processes made possible through technology.
The company manages multi-family and small commercial properties (below 20,000 SF) in the City of Worcester and surrounding towns. This disciplined approach allows for maximum economies of scale unlocked by properties with close proximity and similar physical characteristics and tenant profiles. Additional value is created through in-house maintenance, leasing, bookkeeping services, construction/renovation management, and brokering property sales.
Michael has over eight years of real estate experience with expertise in property and financial analysis, commercial mortgage financing, acquisitions, property management and asset management for retail, industrial and multifamily properties across the New England area. He has held his Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License since 2014. Michael graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Business Administration at Northeastern University. He resides and manages a growing real estate portfolio in the city of Worcester.
